What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel and receive a full refund if there are more than 7 days left before your check-in. You will be charged 25% of the total booking if there are less than 7 days left, and 50% if there are less than 24 hours left until check-in.
Where will I receive my booking details?
Your booking details and the host contact information will be sent to your email address as soon as you make the payment.
What kind of payments do you accept? How do you process payments?
We accept all card payments. Payments are processed in Georgian Lari (GEL) by TBC Bank.

Do I need to sign up with an account to book a place?
No, you can complete a booking without registering an account. However, if you were signed in while making the booking, you will be able to manage it from the My Bookings section. You will also have an option to sign up after making a booking, if you want to save the booking to your new account.
What are the benefits of signing up for an account?
You can manage the booking from the My Bookings page, where you can view and download details, and cancel your booking. If you’re not signed up, you will have to go through our customer service team ([email protected]) to retrieve any lost booking emails, or to make changes. The other benefit is a faster checkout process. If you have your profile details up to date, the checkout form will be pre-filled.
I’ve lost my booking details, what can I do?
You can email us at [email protected] or message us on Facebook Messenger (or through our Facebook page). We’ll need to ask you to verify your identity before re-sending you the booking details.
What do you charge guests when booking places?
We display the final price per night on every place. When you click the Book button, you will see the final price that you will have to pay for those dates. Our 10% fee is already included, which is cheaper than most if not all popular booking websites and helps us verify every place and run the platform.
How do you make sure that every listing is accurate and not fake?
We visit every place before posting it on Megzuri. We take all the photos to make sure every place is accurately portrayed and update the information on every listing ourselves. The hosts have access to manage the calendar and price.
Why can’t I see the host contact information before making a booking?
We want to ensure the privacy of the hosts and prevent spam messages and harassment. We are transparent with all other information and reveal the host’s contact details immediately after the booking is made.
What if I have questions about the place before I book?
At the moment, we haven’t finished building our review system. But we encourage you to email your concerns or comments to [email protected] We will take action in case of violations or misinformation in our listings. However, we double check every listing in person and take the photographs ourselves. Our team is here to make sure each accommodation is exactly as it looks like on its Megzuri page.
How secure is the website?
The website is compliant with modern web standards. Data sensitive parts are handled by third parties that specialise in those areas – for example, payments are handled directly by TBC bank and user authentication is handled by Google’s Firebase Authentication. We use HTTPS for secure connection and strive to keep the site as secure as possible in every way.
What about advertising? Are you tracking my information?
We do not track personal information to target you with tailored advertising. We track anonymised information for analytics purposes. We use Google Analytics to see referrals to the site and gauge our target audiences.
What kind of support do you offer guests if there are any issues? What responsibilities do you take about the hosts and the places advertised on the site?
We assume responsibility for the accuracy of the listings on our website. We double check every listing person, take the photographs ourselves, and fill in listing information on behalf of the host. However, some things may be outside of our control. We will assist you where possible and refer you to local authorities in case we cannot help.
Why are some dates unavailable when I click check-in, but appear free when I click check-out?
It’s possible for one guest to check-out and a second guest to check-in on the same day. This means that if a date isn’t available for checking-in, it may be available for someone to check-out.
